What types of amplifiers do you repair? - We repair most brands, both tube and non-tube based.

Do you service both tube and solid-state amps? - Yes

How much does a typical repair cost? - $85 to $120

Do you offer free estimates or diagnostics? - No, but it’s fully refundable if I can’t fix it

Can you repair vintage amplifiers? - Yes, we specialize in vintage amplifiers and equipment

Is there a warranty on your repair work? - Yes, 30 days for the original problem only.

My amp makes a loud hum—can you fix this? Yes, we can fix that.

Do I need to bring the footswitch or cables with my amp? - Bring the power cable, any footswitches and your guitar cable

Can you upgrade components or modify my amp’s tone? - Yes

Do you repair speaker cabinets or just the amp head/combo? - We do not work on speaker cabinets at this time

Do you buy or trade used amps? - Not at this time

Are rush repairs available if I have an urgent gig? - Yes it’s $30

What payment methods do you accept? - Credit or cash

Can you help me troubleshoot over the phone? - I will try my best
